How to create a budget impact analysis to support our Belgian Price and reimbursement dossier? How to collect Belgian data for this budget impact analysis?

A budget impact analysis (BIA) is an economic assessment that estimates thefinancial consequences of the reimbursement of a new therapeutic intervention by the RIZIV/INAMI. Innosens will perform a budget impact model in accordance with the Belgian recommendations (3 level framework) and in line with the price and reimbursement dossier. Innosens will collect all data on the unit costs, epidemiology (targeted patient population) and current clinical practice inBelgium. These data can be collected by exploring Belgian databases, performing local expert interviews, surveys, advisory boards and literature review. Finally, Innosens will write a report of the reimbursement dossier, in line with the overall reimbursement strategy.
